This is a simple dessert made from the two most common Khmer ingredients, rice, and palm sugar. It can be found in markets throughout the country. Sticky rice, or glutinous rice, can be found at most supermarkets and has a beautiful texture. But, don't worry. You won't need a rice cooker for this delectable treat as the rice is cooked right on the stove. Use fresh mangoes and quality coconut milk to bold color, extra sweetness, and a delicious flavor. Simply put the rice into a bowl, garnish it with fresh mango slices, and dollop sweet coconut sauce on top. ឆ្ងាញ់!
